Honourable Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Dr Farooq Abdullah, inaugurated the three day exposition and conference. Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, K. Rosaiah presided over the event. Honourable Union Minister for Urban Development, Jaipal Reddy, was the Guest of Honour.The conference keynote was delivered by Dr Winfried Hoffmann, President, European Photovoltaic Industry Association.
India’s first solar industry directory, published by SEMI India was released on the occasion.
